Business Analyst - User Aquisition


Product Madness, part of Aristocrat Leisure, is a leading social and mobile gaming company with a focus on social casino games. We have published hit titles on Facebook, iOS and Android platforms and have grown considerably in size over the past few years. With offices in London and San Francisco, we are currently looking to hire an all­star Business Analyst at our London location to support our user acquisition team. The candidate will be working closely with development team and 3rd party publishers (including FB, Google, Apple etc.) while managing the analysis of our UA efforts and the development queue of related initiatives. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and passion for data.


  • Guide and manage the development process for our AU initiatives, while planning milestones and marshalling resources in the best way to ensure milestones are met.
  • Be an active participant in UA feature discussions and roadmap, ensuring that the business expectations and timeframe are successfully managed.
  • Act as a crucial interface between the UA and the development teams, translating requirements into a technical workflow, and developer comments into easy to understand issues.
  • Work closely with the client and back office teams in order to coordinate server requirements, verify integration of partners’ SDKs and to support tracking of all UA efforts.
  • Work closely with the Data science team to verify data flows, define and automate dashboards and provide insight to the performance of our campaigns.
  • Liaise with 3rd party publishers and platform providers to support integrations, request new features and analysis performance and discrepancies for both campaign attribution and tracking.
  • Flexible to travel.


  • Should have 3/­5 years’ experience working with an attribution provider or a digital publisher.
  • Previous experience working with data, crunching numbers and analysing product performance.
  • Attention to details and strong solution orientation.
  • Previous work experience in a technical role (software development, QA, technical BA, data analysis)
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written when explaining new features, functions and data flows to both engineers and the business.
  • Prior experience in Agile methodology essential.
  • Prior experience using Jira or similar agile project management tools advantageous.
  • Passion for and knowledge in social/mobile games a plus. Professional work experience in a similar industry an advantage.
