As a member of the Product Madness Digital Leadership Team, you’ll provide senior level financial and
operational management and guidance to the business with strategic thinking and business insights.
This role is the direct point of contact and partner with key functions and stakeholders to support the
organization to achieve its financial objectives through accurate and timely analysis and reporting. This
position requires strong leadership skills and customer centric mindset with a financial and analytical

What you'll do: 

  • Provide commercial advice into the development, deployment and execution of business strategy for Product Madness
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting to support strategic planning, annual plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly reviews
  • Provide thought leadership around profit improvement processes across the Product Madness portfolio of games
  • Ensure strong methodology in place to support User Acquisition investment decisions with timely review of lifetime value model. Review and approval of allocation of User Acquisition budgeted spend
  • Partner with the Digital CFO to provide financial review and evaluation of business cases
  • Provide enterprise leadership and cross collaboration to ensure the company achieves both operational and financial targets
  • Manage competitor and market data and performance
  • Assist in the reviews and provide recommendations regarding incentive plan management and execution
  • Lead process improvement projects to drive efficiencies throughout the organization
  • Partner with shared service accounting team to ensure an accurate and on-time month-end close process
  • Partner with Group Finance team to ensure alignment with accounting policy and the broader reporting needs of the organisation are met
  • Partner with global stakeholders and offshore partners to ensure accounting and other related tasks are completed

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline required; CPA/MBA preferred but not required
  • Director/senior management experience in accounting or equivalent required, preferably in high paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to challenge issues, resolve conflict, and build relationships cross functionally
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and modeling
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Entrepreneurial demeanor with demonstrated ability to partner with leadership in driving top line opportunities
  • High energy self-starter with a strong drive for results
  • Results oriented and ability to multi task
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
